Problem buying Enkord Cash

Not sure if this is the correct place for this post but I tried doing the "Contact us" link and there was no option for Totum Tribe II. I just bought gold for the shop and when i finished I got an "error on the page" message so I went back and bought it again.  I got a message saying it was successful but then got an immediate "error on the page" message.  I checked my Totum Tribe II cash account and no cash has been credited.  When I checked my bank account, BOTH transactions had been debited.  I don't mind paying twice but I want to be credited my Enkord cash. I did the $29.99 option for 89,000 E TWICE. Could someone guide me to the right place to get this straightened out? Thanks
