I think it's better to start with as much solid basics as can be achieved. I prefere less updates, that need to be worked out later.

That will happen anyway, but the less uncertainty, the more solid ground players will have to start with.

I want to say sooner becuz I pretty much have no option for a victory of any kind at this point, but.... I do like the idea of having the game be the most updated and stabilized as it can possibly be... so on that level, later. 

That's pretty definitive RIGHT? lol
